Local shopping in Brentwood Village is ten minutes away on fashionable San Vicente Boulevard, where there are clothes shops, book, and grocery stores and mid to high-end restaurants. The eighteen square foot house is available for summer months only. Two guesthouses on the property (not visible from the main house) are occupied by quiet, private single occupants. The pool is for the main house use only. The house is fully furnished with period furniture. The main house includes two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed, two baths (one with a custom-built large soaking tub), and a gourmet kitchen.Linens are provided and there is a caretaker on the property.
