You enter the house via the main terrace which has sweeping sea views into the main part of the house. The living room has grand dimensions with high ceilings and light colors making it a charming place to relax in the heat of the day. Also off the main terrace is the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with bath, shower and twin basins.Two twin rooms sharing a bathroom are also on this level. One floor down there is a further double bedroom with it’s own bathroom and private entrance. On the pool level there is a guest bedroom with bathroom, this room is more suited to teenagers or staff. Situated above the living room there is a large well equipped chefs kitchen which opens to the dining terrace with dining for 12 people, this terrace has spectacular sea views.
On the lower level accessed by a flight of steps is the thirteen meter long infinity pool and pool terrace.
This residence has hosted international guests, actors, politicians, famous musicians, financiers and it is possible to organize all services for the guests.

There is a twice weekly cleaning service included in the rate and other services, a chef, a professional masseuse, a boat service yoga and pilates are available on request.
