
Six private, luxurious suites circle a central entertaining and living lodge, situated overlooking extraordinarily beautiful, crystal clear turquoise coral reefs and a picture perfect beach below the house. Just a short (five to ten minute) drive from the picturesque harbour, restaurants and shops and five more beaches, the emphasis here is on seclusion and superb quality in design, decoration and landscaping. Expertly furnished with exquisite fabrics and antique pieces, there are coral stone tiled floors throughout, green heart timber, precision made glass sliding/folding doors, tatibu-decked verandas, a walnut drinks bar and polished mahogany floors. This villa was created in 2012 out of a virgin piece of land in one of the prettiest and most exclusive locations in the Grenadines. The main building houses a stunning main hall for dining and living. Fifty-foot length glass walls, are precision engineered to bring the outdoors inside – opening three sides of the main house in a single handed move. The main house also houses a kitchen designed for catering, stylish hard wood topped drinks bar, guest washroom, gracious separate sitting room. Paths through manicured gardens lead to separate accommodation lodges.
There are six expertly decorated bedrooms all with ocean views and en suite bathrooms. There are three individual cottage suites and a third bedroom family lodge. The master lodge has a king size bed, bathroom, dressing room and living room and terrace. Bedrooms two and three are also similar size. The bedrooms four and five are the ground floor of a family lodge which has two bathrooms and terrace. The sixth bedroom is on the first floor of this family lodge. The staff lodge comes with two bedrooms.There is a TV room with a wide flat screen and an entertainment system. Kawasaki Mule, cable TV, DVD player and ipod music station. There is a freshwater infinity swimming pool, gated entrance and staff lodge. Water falls from the infinity pool toward the turquoise waters of Hope Beach. The freshwater in the pool is cleaned by a salt sanitizer. Beneath the pool is the plant room housing all the pool equipment. Staff will serve breakfast. Additional staff can be booked to serve lunch and dinner. and offer bar service. Restaurants on the island are good and varied (Italian, Swedish, French, Caribbean, American)
Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines, ten kilometres South of St Vincent and eight kilometres north of Mustique. Guests travelling by air can take private jet to Canouan island just five minutes flight from Bequia’s airport. Fly to Barbados and Bequia airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada. It is also possible to fly Barbados – St Vincent and then take the ferry.
