This villa is one of the most amazing houses in Trancoso. This six-bedroom beachfront property is set right on the water at Praia dos Nativos, and two km from the center of town, the Quadrado. Despite its central location, the villa is in a gated community and remains very private.

The property has a total of six suites (four main suites and two additional suites for baby-sitters, staff personal or also for extra guests, personal staff or babysitters) and is separated into four bungalows. Two of the bungalows are in front of the pool and face the beach- one has a spacious sitting room and home theater, and the other one houses the master suite with a double bed, large open bathroom, indoor/outdoor showers, and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Behind this you will find two further bungalows. One has a kitchen, breakfast area, and dining room, and the other has three suites with twin beds that can be made into doubles. All three suites have open bathrooms and indoor/outdoor showers. Near the entrance of the property are two additional suites with twin beds that can be used for extra guests, babysitters or staff.

A large swimming pool lies on the beach side of the house next to a spacious deck and outdoor sitting area, and in front of the pool there is a garden and the gate to the beach. The ocean is great for swimming, and during the day a covered tent is set up on the beach where drinks and snacks are served as desired.

The villa is suitable for groups of friends and families with children of all ages.
