The gentle splashing of koi carp breaks the silence in the lush dense tropical gardens of Can Pep. Majestic palms and bright pink bougainvillea sway heavily in the breeze. Flora and fauna take centre stage in this sprawling villa that fuses traditional Spanish architecture with contemporary design details and modern interiors seamlessly.
The old finca is joined by a more modern version so as not to break the harmony, whilst a bright yellow pool house continues the Spanish theme.
Space is abundant in this estate and up to twelve guests are easily accommodated with a cheeky sofa bed for an extra friend or two.
A large pool, tennis and basket ball courts allow for sporty fun while the myriad of different seated patio areas, courtyards, romantic day bed and gazebos, mean your group can gather together or sneak off into their own little private pockets.
Inside the love that has been poured into the interiors is evident everywhere, from the hand painted tiles, inside water feature, artwork and sculptures. All rooms have a unique charm and individuality to them with pops of Mediterranean colours keeping the vibe positively up beat, bright and a little bit eccentric.
Located over the three buildings, Villa Can Pep has lots of private living areas ideal for retreating in solace or with that someone special. The large al fresco spaces couldn’t be more family or party friendly allowing everyone to play host.
The oldest part of the Can Pep is a glorious finca with its thick white walls, wooden beams, open fireplace and terra cotta tiles; it is a romantic throwback to old Ibiza. However there is nothing old about the contemporary and high spec designer furniture and fully
equipped large family sized kitchen. Modern grey sofas sit in the living room whilst design classic Eiffel chairs flank the wooden dining table. Tiles adorn an inside water feature as well as on the stair rises; all typical features found within Spanish architecture.
The newest part of the house echoes the romanticism of the old finca with its arches, tiled floors and white painted ceiling beams. Furniture is light and white accentuating the vast yet welcoming space. A fully equipped kitchen which backs out onto a terrace induces the feeling of the inside flowing to the outside.
By the pool is a self contained pool house, so spacious its outside chill out area could happily host a private party all of its own, so expect your guests to battle it out choosing where to stay!
