The first floor houses two living areas, the kitchen an outside dining area as well as the master suite and a second bedroom

Step inside the light filled living room which is cleverly zoned into a lounge and dining area. The neutral backdrop highlights the landscape outside as well as offering the perfect canvas for glorious pops of saturated colour from the carefully curated photography hung on the wall. Choose to hang out on the contemporary sofas whilst the light from the two large tripod offers a night time glow to your holiday high. Original solid wood furniture adds to the warmth of this room.

Gather around the long bench table for communal style dining or
step outside through the large floor to ceiling glass paneled doors and onto the terrace for breakfast in the sun.

White wood paneled ceilings give a feeling of air and space with equipped industrial light fittings, polished concrete floors adding an edge to this fully equipped kitchen.

The second living room is a snug style TV room, located between the two bedrooms, it offers an ideal escape for your teenagers when they want their own space to chill.

Master suite – Soft almond coloured walls and polished concrete floors cocoon you into a sense of calm. Simplicity reigns in this room so minimal furniture is required. Cashmere grey polished concrete floors and walls encase you in this spa like bathroom.

Bedroom 5 – Light stone coloured walls and floors act as a tranquil backdrop for this large double. A small built in wall cleverly disguises the en suite area offering space and privacy.

Outside choose from the many lounge areas to suit your vibe. Whitewashed wood decking extends its reach towards the lush verdant grounds, rustic palm-style thatching offers shelter in several of the chill-out areas as well as a tiki-style lounge and dining space by the pool.

Get your early morning laps in or enjoy a leisurely dip in the long pool. Watch from your daybed around the pool, as the sun reflects the different hues of blues and greens onto the aquamarine tiles.
