This wonderfully restored Castello from the eighteenth century is located near Noto, a town renowned for its Baroque art. The house and the grounds which have staggering views, overlooking the valley and surrounding countryside and the distant sea. The property lies near to many interesting architectural and historical sites such as Siracuso, Marzanemi and Noto. The nearest airport is Catania.

The stylishly decorated in blues, pastels and slate interior reception rooms consist of a large living and reception room, a library, two indoor dining rooms and a breakfast room. There are two kitchens, a barbecue and a wood oven for pizza. The house is fully staffed and the cook prepares local and Italian meals which are served with local Sicilian wines. There are six bedroom suites and three additional bedrooms with their own bathrooms available for guests. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the remainder are on the first floor.

The gardens are extensive with both a Mediterranean garden and a wonderful Arab garden with orange groves palms and jacarandas. The fourteen by eight metre pool lies in an exotic garden is surrounded by a lawn terrace equipped with sun beds. The sea is fifteen minutes away and on request the owners will rent one of their sea cottages. There are also two golf courses within a forty kilometers drive.
