This charming family owned chateau is situated in SW France in the Armagnac region. Set on a vast property this is a working Chateau producing its own armagnac for centuries. The interiors have been superbly renovated and updated and the bathrooms are modernised.

On the ground floor entering the house through the hallway there is a small cosy salon with fireplace and library, a country style bar with zinc counter with a breakfast table, a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room and one guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and french doors leading to the side lawn and swimming pool.

Up the large staircase to the main wing on the first floor is the master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom, a large guest suite with double bed and fireplace, a twin bedroom and family bathroom, two guest bedrooms with shower rooms and a further two more simple bedrooms sharing a shower room.

The grounds are spectacular with so much room to roam around, play tennis, petanque or lie by the glorious swimming pool which has views over the vineyards.

The house is run by a lovely couple who clean and cook.

There are several nearby villages with markets and small restaurants and the area is of great historical interest.
