The villa is in a private location, about 10 minutes walk up stairs from the beach, and with magnificent sea and beach views. It is also within an easy drive of Camps Bay and downtown Cape Town.

The sea views can be enjoyed from the large terrace, with swimming pool, with sun loungers, and a fabulous covered outdoor living and dining area. During the summer months, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served outside on the terrace. The bedrooms also all open to balconies or terraces, with the master bedroom accessing a terrace with full sea and beach views. A second twin bedroom also benefits from sea views, while bedroom 3 a king bedroom and bedroom 4 have access to a beautiful courtyard/private garden.

The interiors are furnished and equipped to a very high standard and features some fine modern art. The living areas include both a living room and TV/entertainment area, with two fireplaces, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The bedrooms are all equipped with luxury linens, bathrobes, Charlotte Rhys toiletries and hair dryers. All have en-suite bathrooms. Further amenities include underfloor heating, wi-fi internet, and parking for one vehicle. The property is very secure, with electric fence and alarm system. Villa Host and Housekeeper who stay in  separate back of house area available 10 hours a day. Daily intercontinental breakfast is included.  A chef can be arranged for other meals on request.  The Villa Host is available to assist guests with all requests such as car rental, excursions, dinner reservations, massages and airport transfers.
