
The surf bungalows are situated in a stunning five acre beachfront property with beautiful palm trees situated right on the white sands of Santa Teresa Beach in front of the best surf breaks in Costa Rica. It has five large bedrooms and four small singles en suite. The four brightly colored and decorated bungalows offer two air conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. They are close to each other and perfect for a family or a group of friends. Each bungalow offers a queen size bed and an extra single bed in the main bedroom and a single in the smaller bedroom and a beautiful bathroom as well as a private garden with hammocks to relax in. The rooms are decorated with Balinese and Central American textiles and there are lots off hammocks for our guests to enjoy the ocean breezes on the verandas and in the multitude of Palm Trees. A huge wooden Asian style building on stilts with a towering Palm Roof houses a breezy Dining Area with room for up to eighteen guests. Above the dining area is an additional large bedroom with with two queen sized beds and one bunk bed. It is served by its own bathroom. The large well stocked kitchen is right next to the dining room in its own open air roofed ranchito.
The property offers daily maid service, linens, individual safes in all rooms, telephone, WiFi, pool table, a Yoga Dojo, a massage tent, volleyball, ping pong and a caretaker and security on the property. The beach also offers horseback riding. There are two horses ready to be saddled for you on the property. There are great surf teachers as well as a wonderful Yoga instructor and a masseuse on call and can supply a cook if needed. The house can offer exciting surf and yoga packages with all meals and excursions included working with the best teachers and many interesting guests from around the world. Weddings can be organised and have many surf and Yoga retreats can be hosted. The house is located close to a supermarket as well as board hire, restaurants and shops. Fishing is fantastic here. Go out with the Mal Pais fishermen and catch tuna, Yellowfin, Red Snapper and other fish to Bar-B-Que or to turn into the freshest sushi when you get home. The restaurant scene in Santa Teresa is vibrant, gourmet and often rustic/romantic as many foreigners have settled in Mal Pais, Santa Teresa and realized their dream to open a restaurant in paradise bringing with them their own cuisines.There are wonderful, Italian, French, Thai, Spanish, Argentinian and of course Costa Rican restaurants all using the abundant seafood, fruits and vegetables available here. Even the smallest ‘Soda’ will serve delicious fresh smoothies with Gallo Pinto, the national dish of rice and beans.
