This charming 300 year old finca has been lovingly restored by its owner in a hippy chic fashion.
It is set in a peaceful location on 10 acres of private land with lovely countryside views.

The villa has an unusually large and striking 35 ft midnight blue infinity pool with a large flat terrace and grassed lawn which leads to a wilder garden full of flowers. There is a large trampoline in the garden, a ping pong table and amazing walks and hikes in the area as well as horses for trekking, or riding on the beach, which can be rented from the nearby stables. The grounds also hold some historically interesting clues to early life on the finca including a cave and old stone plates which they would fill with water to lure the songbirds.

There is also a hand painted 6m tipi for extra guests with a double bed, free standing antique wash stand from Andalucia and electricity! Please note that the tipi should not be relied upon for full time accommodation as it will be unusable in the event of heavy rain.

This is Ibiza at its most peaceful and beautiful down a long scenic drive yet only seven minutes from the buzzy little town of St Joan with all its cafes and bars.

Cleaning is once a week and we can arrange for a weekly delivery of an organic box of fresh salad, fruit and vegetables during the summer.
