Lia beach house is located on the south shore of Mykonos and offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Paros and Naxos. In this luxurious and exceptionally large villa of 780 sqm. living space, one is able to enjoy exploring a beautiful secluded beach, as it is just underneath the villa only a few minutes away by foot and only 500 meters from Lia Beach. There is another larger beach a few minutes drive from the house with The “Liasti” beach bar serving great food and cocktails.

The fine elegance of this villa’s unique architectural design is apparent at the entrance, where stone-paved pathways lead to a small church located on the highest point of the land. The pathways are surrounded by lavish mature gardens creating striking oases. This a section of the villa where one can relax and enjoy a view of colourful beauty and enduring olfactory perceptions, as the variety of flowers abound.  Further on  we come to the large terrace, where an ecological 20 x 6 meters swimming pool is located with plenty of sun beds parasols and  space to entertain  guests.

The villa consists of five en-suite spacious bedrooms elegantly furnished and two independent en-suite guest apartments. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi, a walk-in closet, a fireplace and is surrounded by large terraces overlooking the Aegean Sea. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The large living and dining rooms are tastefully furnished with Italian furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped with Gaggenau gas/electricity cook tops, and Miele electric appliances.

The house is located twenty minutes from town and close to several villages with small shops.

Week starts Saturdays and check out following Saturday. Check in time 4:00 pm and check-out time 11:00 a.m.Daily housekeeping is provided except on Sundays.
