Mallorca Beach House is the only property located directly on the beach in Formentor. You enter the property from the quiet street into the garden. The main house consists of open plan entrance hall, expansive sitting areas and interior dining room for twenty people. There are five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in this part of the house, the bedrooms have fine linens and many have sea views. All rooms have their own television with satellite TV.
The large kitchen which is situated adjacent to the dining room has a breakfast bar, two dishwashers,two ovens, a microwave,two large refrigerators,a wine fridge and a freezer. There is a dumbwaiter from kitchen to BBQ area on the side of the house.The kitchen is accessed by a separate entrance for deliveries and staff.Downstairs there is a staff bedroom with its own shower room next to the laundry.In the laundry room there are two washing machines, two tumble dryers and hanging area for drying clothes.

In the guest house which is adjacent to the magnificent pool,there are a further four bedrooms all ensuite, two have sea views.There is also a small sitting room in the guest house.
The bedrooms in both houses either have either super king or emperor double beds and there are two rooms that could be used as twins.
There is wireless internet throughout the property and a security system with cameras and twenty four hour security on call guard service.
The first floor terrace which runs the length of the main house has an exterior kitchen with BBQ and also a full bar both with its own fridges and dishwashers. There are sun beds,parasols and sound system on this terrace making it the perfect place for a Sundowner at the end of the day or to star gaze at night.
The property has a daily maid service and extra staff are available on request.
There are two private accesses onto the sandy beach which lies at the end of the garden.The crystal clear sea is at your doorstep for early morning swimming or a boat trip.Boats may collect guests from the jetty nearby.
