This is with no doubt one of the most unique places on the Island of Ibiza. Located right at the seafront, it has a breath-taking view on the sea and a beautiful bay. Just a few stairs down you will find your own, very private ocean bathing area. Or you relax at the beautiful pool or at one of the many chill out spots on the seven thousand square meter property.
At the end of a dead-end street you arrive at a large metal gate with camera and remote controlled gate. Fences and stonewalls fully enclose the property and guarantee total privacy. A beautiful, well maintained garden with orange trees and a spectacular lawn will guide you to the main house – or the two guest houses.
In the main house you will find an open living room with fire place, large inside dining, well equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms. All of them provide superb sea views and are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, TV and high-end no-noise ACs. The furnishing is done with style and you are surrounded by beautiful art. In the patio of the main house you will also find a large one piece dining table for 24 people. Once the evening comes and the cosy lights go on, this becomes the centre of good wining and dining!

Guesthouse 1 is fifty meters from the main house has a double bedroom with bathroom and  its own living room, kitchen and terrace.

Guesthouse 2 is eighty meters from the main house and was built only from materials of the island. You can enjoy the evening on your beautiful private terrace overlooking the sea. Inside you find an impressive living area and bedroom with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom. It also has a television, air-conditioning and its own kitchen. This one hundred square meter house with thick stone walls is simply magic.
Despite the fact that you will “dream” in another world, a satellite WLAN ensures that you stay in touch.

The nearest village is San Carles which is three minutes away with the famous Bar Anita, other restaurants, bakery, grocery store, organic food store, and other shops. There is also a medical centre and pharmacy in this village. The original hippie market a hot spot every Saturday is around the corner. Many nice beaches such as Aquas Blancas, Cala Mastella or Cala Boix are within five minutes reach. Santa Eularia is ten minutes away, Ibiza town is a twenty five minute drive, the international airport you will reach within thirty minutes.
Housekeeping is included six days per week service from 10.00 – 13.00. Additional services can be arranged easily. Helicopter service on demand there is a helipad on the property. Neighbours (300 m away and hence total privacy) are well known business people with own security staff.
