This charming former hunting lodge is located on a private estate next to the village of Camaiore. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with antiques and collectors items from antique markets locally. The house which is situated in a pine forest is comfortable and filled with light and there are views down the valley to the village and beyond. The swimming pool area is simply stunning and the owner has made extremely comfortable  sun beds in the style of the beach clubs in Forte dei Marmi.

You can enter the house on two levels, either from the swimming pool directly to the living room, bar and dining room or on the upper level which is the main entrance that leads to the breakfast room and the kitchen. On the upper level there are alos two bedrooms, one is a twin and one is a double bedroom and they share a bathroom with a shower. On the swimming pool level there is a double bedroom with shower room in the guest house. On the top floor of the house are the two main double bedrooms with beautiful ensuite bathrooms and valley views.

The property is located on a large private estate, there are numerous wonderful walks to enjoy and the village is at the gates of the property offering several restaurants, a pizzeria and many shops.

Pietra Santa with its fashion boutiques , art galleries and numerous restaurants  is just a short drive and the beach clubs at Forte de Marmi and Lido de Camaiore are also a twenty minute drive.

Tennis , Surfing and Boat rentals are all possible close by
