This exclusive property is situated on the south west coast of Ibiza.It is extremely private and has its own stone beach with a small jetty.

The main house consists of the large living area kitchen and dining area plus a master bedroom ensuite,two additional king bedrooms ensuite and a roof terrace chill out.There are also two single bedrooms here for children or personal staff.

The guest bedrooms are scattered around the property in various cottages, some closer to the main house and others positioned slightly further away to afford privacy. This also means that for smaller groups the rooms do not feel so distant from one another.Each guest room has its own bathroom – some have patios and all have high quality linens and towels. The main guest house is the sea villa this has three bedrooms ensuite,consisting of  two double bedrooms a king bedroom and its own pool.

The focal point is the large main pool area with its expansive terrace and sea views. This pool has a chill out and plenty of sun beds and sun umbrellas.

There are three additional pools on the property one is located outside the main guest house,another which is a lap pool and a reflection pool.The gym is located in its own guest house.

The path to the stone beach and jetty is not steep and the jetty is approximately two hundred meters from the house.

The house has two full time staff who take care of cleaning,pool set up and look after the guests.
