The Villa is located within a fenced property owned by Florentine aristocratic family, it borders the coastline of Tuscan Maremma. Entering the garden of the villa guests may have the impression of being in an exotic place: they are welcomed by cactus, palm trees and lemon trees.

The enlarged manicured lawn can be accessed from the french windows from all rooms. The colors of the house and of the porch, bright red blue and white make it the perfect beach house, for enjoying al fresco dinners, chats and children’s games.

The central open plan living and dining room with the fireplace and sofas and marble top island kitchen, open to four bedrooms on each side. two double and two twin rooms with each their own bathroom. The bedrooms are decorated in the same white blue and red colors of the outside furniture. The porch is the main  outside living area furnished with comfortable arm chairs tables and sun beds. The villa has a very particular feature which is a large terrace on the flat roof of the house from where you can appreciate a 360°degrees view of the beautiful pine tree grove. A private path leads through the dunes to the pristine public beach about three hundred metres away.

The access to the beach is through a private locked gate and their guests can also have access to a private cabana with towels, sunbeds and parasols.
