This beautiful smaller villa with its own private pool is situated on the west coast of the island of Ibiza. This minimalist villa, built in 1964 by architect Jose Ribas Gonzalez was completely renovated two years ago. The house features four bedrooms with air-conditionig and four bathrooms. The best beaches, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida are a just few minutes’ drive from the house and the closest beach of Port d’es Torrent is just a five minute walk.

The house is laid out with two bedroom suites on each side and the open living room and inside dining  set in-between to make a perfect house for four couples or two families. There is a shaded terrace with sofas and a separate dining terrace. In the lovely garden there is the swimming pool surrounded by lawns with sun beds.

The drive from the airport is an easy 20 minutes, and Ibiza town is at 25 minutes away.
